Sitter-Stander-Leaner

While I was out fishing yesterday and not catching much I came up with a question for you fellow Bass fishermen. Do you spend most of your time sitting and fishing or deck standing or leaning against a hi butt seat? For me it depends a lot on what I am throwing, crankbaits and spinnerbaits I find myself sitting for flipping and buzz baits standing and I lean against a butt seat if the water is choppy. So how do you spend your time?

When bass fishing I stand all of the time. We recently got the leaning seat (whatever you call it) but I dont find myself using it much.

I kinda got a bad back... so I lean most of the time.. if its windy I tend to sit more... I'll stand if flipping.

If it's windy and wavy out sometimes I'll put in a butt seat, but I never use the Grampa chair

by the looks of the title i thought someone was looking for a good way to [PoorWordUsage] in the woods or help the wives pee out of a boat. however if my feet can handle it which they usually can with the exception of a 16 hour day i will stand. i feel much more alert and aware and i beleive i am just a better fisherman standing however i don't have a leaner so i to stand or sit in the Grandpa chair like bill dance if i want a break. ike

I can't stand sitting while I fish. No pun intended. I don't get as good of a view when I sit.

I have a pedestal seat that I raise up so that I'm in a stand/sitting position. As the day wears on I find myself sliding it down into the Bill Dance position, although I haven't fallen out of the boat at hookset yet!

If I'm skipping docks I have to stand.

I stand in the start of the day, then find myself leaning, and by the end of the day I'm sitting. Stupid endurance

If it's windy I lean or sit.

I stand, but I may have to get a butt pole because I get tired after a long day on the water - especially when I have to put up with waves from idiots kneeboarding and tubing too close.

I always stand, but I lean on my butt-seat a lot because when its windy its hard to stand on one foot and have the other one working the trolling motor pedal without losing your balance.
