Its a billion degrees and windy as can be here and I don't even have a Cup race to watch on the TV! Guess the honey-do's are getting a little progress, but boy what a boring rotten day!

You could have went fishing.I fished cats almost all of last night so the rest is good.The kid raced the last two nights and said it was hot in the car.

If you think you are going to get the honey do list done,think again as she will find more to do.That list never ends.

I hear ya dog. Sundays just arnt right without Tony crashing into everyone, JR finishing last, Mikey hitting cars under caution and Kenseth crying like a baby because he got run over by one of the best drivers in Nascar.

My wife has been sick for the last two weeks, so it's good for me that there's no race. I got stuck doing all the laundry, dishes, cleaning, cooking and most of the babysitting these past couple weeks. I almost know what it's like to be a single parent, and that's with only 2 kids!

Hopefully she's better next week so I can take some time, sit down and watch some racing!

I was thinking the same thing yesturday. Of all the weekends I spend driving back from fishing or hunting and hitting the scan button to try to find the race... Than on a weekend when I am not doing anything no race... My wife even said on saturday night its too hot to do anything why don't you go get a case of beer so we don't run out for the race tomorrow... She isn't a big race fan but she likes the M&M car

Dude, I spent most of the day watching racing. Not cup, but some darn good racing was on.

WoO late modes at Deer Creek on the speed channel and NHRA on ESPN 2.

Those late models put on one helluva show.

I did watcht the WoO late model race on speed too. Those cars kick butt! That 24 car in there is almost as tough as the real 24 too!!!!

This weekend is the USA Nationals at Cedar Lake, WI. Huge coin purse and tons of late models. They're paying 3 grand just to qualify for the Saturday night feature.

I can't wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got to spend this past weekend on a wagon bailing straw. Boy that was a blast.

Good thing is I lost about three pounds.

Sifty,you should have called as I just went fishing for catfish and got a nice one.I would rather have been doing hay.I could have done that and lost 10 pounds if it didnt kill me.
