FM Bass Fishing Event Announcement

Hi folks, I've entered the FM tournament and am looking for a partner. Must be an avid bass angler with at least some tournament experience.

I saw a post earlier that said Mr Pike would wanna fish maybe you could give me a call.

Saw the last post and was right on the verge of throwing in my hat and went back to the original info post just to make sure I had the details right and then saw that I will be on vacation with the family beginning that day - shoot! Was thinking how much fun it would be to actually meet you folks in person! I met Deitz a couple of years ago at the Sportshow briefly and I know beeflover.

Hope it goes well for everyone! Would have been great to meet those I have not met yet....

EVENT UPDATE:

OK, I checked into using a private launch. It's 6 dollars. This would give us a chance to be relaxed before and after (i.e. a little tailgaiting afterwards) the event. Otherwise, if we use a public launch facility, someone is going to be right on our tail the whole time we're on and off the trailer and there will be no tailgaiting. If I don't here any protest in the next few days, I am going to go ahead and book it.

OK. I've booked our usage of Timm's Marina. Timm's is on the south east corner of the 3rd lake. I'll provide directions and more details closer to our date.

I'm excited about this. If we can get two more teams, I'll be ecstatic. This will be a fun event.

Ray, I think this private access idea is great. It's not good trying to have a weighin at a busy public access. On some lakes you can find a secluded stretch of beach to do a weighin but this sounds better. I haven't been on Forest Lake but I imaging the whole lakeshore as being developed so a secluded beach may not be available.

I'm in on the access and $6.00 is cheap compared to a lot of private docks.

By the way I have a partner so put Adam Berg down as fishing with me.
