Looks very good to me. Digital cameras do a fair amount of in-camera processing on jpeg images, so shooting jpeg often means there's little or nothing to do in pp, especially when the exposure is spot on like this one.

Nice capture. It looks like you were contending with some pretty bright sun from above as you can see from the beak, but somehow managed to not have shadows in the throat area. How close were you to this little guy?

about 8-10 feet away. have some good shots of his mom bringing him huge mayflies etc. there are baby birds hopping all over the place here....all brands.
