Where to get boat latches?

I just bought a used Alumnacraft Lunker. The boat latches work fine, but came with no keys. I really want to lock the rod locker and front storage. Anybody know where to buy relacement latches with keys?

You can order them from Cabela's. Just go to there HSOforum and search for latches.

Try Boat US. There's one down in Bloomington off of Lyndale That's where I buy most of my boat building supplies.

Otherwise, try overton.com Just be warned, if you order from them, you'll get their mailing from now 'til you die! lol

I agree. Cabelas sells the Perko lockable latches. At Owatonna. That is the one to get.

I would try a locksmith, he can make you a key for six or seven dollars. Just take one of the locks into him. All your locks are probably the same key. Lot cheaper than replacing all the locks.

Call alumacraft, they can probably point you in the right direction for keys

Thanks for the advice guys. I will stop by Cabelas on my next run North or South (nice to have 2 options now). I will also call a couple of locksmiths. Not a bad idea if it only costs me less then $10.
