There is a new chip coming out. I know URL is supposed to be one of their high definition lakes. It's on the current chip as well but just the standard DNR map. I haven't heard about LOW being on there though.

I've been in contact with the Lakemaster folks and they've got the data from their sonar work on some of the Canadian side in house, but it hasn't been converted to be chip-ready yet. They're anticipating having the chip out in the Spring that will have 1 foot contours for the US side as well as the Western part of the Canadian side. This includes from Morson NW up towards the Angle. It doesn't include any of the Sabaskong or Whitefish areas and doesn't go North from the Angle Inlet. It'll run from Morson NW towards Naongashing, NW towards McPherson, NNW towards the Angle running just on the N side of Oak.

I don't know if this info will be available as a package with other lakes or on a chip by itself. I'm guessing the latter. Sounds like they haven't made these decisions yet. Also, I know they plan on finishing the mapping of the lake in the next two years.

Hope this helps.
