PaulB
I'm sure there are a couple Packer fans tuning in. I'm a native Cheesehead living in the NW Twin Cities area. Looks like we can't watch our boys on regular tv this Sunday, anyone know where the game might be on? Thanks in advance

buzzsaw
I heard they took the Packers off of the national TV stations and are now running the games on the History channel. Sorry, I couldn't resist. I know Gabes in St. Paul would be a good choice.
PaulB
Loserville? Why join the Vikings there? Packers have won 12 NFL Championships/Super Bowls, Vikings have lost all 4 appearances, right? Seems to me Vikes fans should remember your boys are always the "agony of defeat" counter-part to the "thrill of victory" club in the NFL Archives - ok, stole the catch phrase from Wide World of Sports, but you get the idea. Lately not so good for the Green and Gold, but 65,000 people on a waiting list for tickets can't be all wrong!
Sandbar
Alary's in St. Paul.
LABS4ME
Hey Lawdog... I think I found I saw that pub when I was driving around yesterday... It was right around the corner from the one you posted... It looked like it had a bunch of Vikes in it. Maybe you know of it "the Underachieving Saloon". Actually Gabes is the place, never been there for football, but I guess it's hardcore Packer territory. Good Luck! Ken

PaulB
Nah, the 90's is probably full of blondes with braids dressed in purple, I assume they are your fellow fans.... (and use the term "fellow" in a gender-questionable manner here)I have been told to go to Gabes by everyone I bumped into, who didn't tell me to go to the "hot place" anyway....Thanks. What happened to all the harmony that was going on around here as we all watched our teams wallow in there ineptness. One meaningless game between a couple of also rans and we are back to the name calling and bringing up ancient history. You gotta love this rivalry. I do admit though that I kind of did enjoy Edinger's kick sail right in front of my seats Sunday while asking the Packer fan in front of me why he wasn't doing his "Daunte fumble dance" anymore. Melanie
Hey there..... truly Gabe's on Energy Park Drive. It's a great envrionment. Great food. Look for me ... I'll buy you a drink. I'll be the one in the green and gold.
PaulB
Peace and harmony are for the other 48 weeks a year. Right before and after the games, no way. I was impressed by the way the Vikings didn't do their usual crumble when they got down, but I'm not saying anything nicer than that.

PaulB
I know my girlfriend would not have been amused.... but not because of the staff, she can handle that, but because she's as devoted a Packer fan as I know. She might have torn that place up.
