MIKE IN lINO III
My first and only call so far is a double nasty, don't know who makes it. Mine seems to freeze up in cold weather... anything I can do to prevent this??
eyepatrol
The first 2 weeks of the season I'll put a woodduck call around my neck. The ones I always have with me though are my Sure-shot duck call and Tim Grounds goose call. I'll keep a spare Sure-shot duck call and spare Rich-N-Tone (?) goose call in my shellbox. Sartell Angler
Keep 3 on my neck at all times:Sean Mann Eastern Shoreman- goose flutePrimos Original Wench- regular duck callPrimos Whistle- drake mallard grunt, teal/pintail whistleAlso have several duck calls in the bag in case there are a lot of mallards around and I want to vary pitches, volume, etc. These include wood and acrylic calls. Also have a woodduck call that has never really done much for me, and also a diver call but I can make the same sound with my regular mallard call so I leave it in the bag. Have noticed that my improvement in calling these last few years have brought more birds in range.SA/wdw
