How about some pictures of your boat!

Well this would be a good time to finally learn how to post a picture. Let's see if all my reading has paid off. Here is a picture of my first boat!!! I guess I should call it my "soon to be" boat, being that I do not actually get it until Sept. I cannot wait to finally have my own boat!

Jeez, now I have carpral tunnel syndrome after scrolling through 11 big pictures of webwarrior's boat. Shouldn't you have bought a Warrior boat to match your name??

J/K, and nice boat!

I had trouble with Yahoo pictures and switched to Kodak Galleries. It's easier to find the source code. Just click on 'View' then 'source'. At source search for 'jpg' under edit. That string will be the one you need for posting pics.

Good Luck,

Nick

Good points:

·Great ride

·Great handling boat in rough water

·Drier ride - its still a tiller so a good rain suit is needed

·Drifts better - the front end doesn't get pushed around as much

·Lots of storage for a boat this size. Only 6-foot rods will fit in the deck rod locker

but 7/12 footers fit in the side lockers with maybe room for an 8 footer.

·Great interior lighting for night fishing - although having a white boat helps

Not so good points

·The boat came stock with a Yamaha black stainless 16-pitch prop. It wouldn't plane out

with 3 guys and a full load. I put a hydrofoil and bought a Ballistic 15-pitch prop.

Much better hole shot and top end is 34-36 mph. If you decide on a Skeeter ask if you

can get it without a prop or if they will trade for the right one. The 16- pitch is NOT the right one.

Several people with this boat have the same complaint about that.

·No dry storage

·The fuse panel is difficult to access or even see for that matter.

·I didn't like the bait bucket they put in the live well. It didn't get water in it when under way.

I replaced it with a bait tamer bag.

Over all I'm happy with the rig. It does make running and fishing in 3 footers easier.

Although I think most glass tillers this size would do as well.
