That picture was taken on a Minnesota lake. I'm not sure if it was landed or not. From what I was told the big Pike wouldn't let go for a long time which is why they were able to get the picture. This photo was taken recently too.

Not sure if I can name the lake or not but there are a lot of lakes with good sized Pike that would readily hit a smaller Pike.
