lumpy
My fishin' buddy was up there with a group the weekend of the 22nd of January and they were able to drive there. I'm not sure of the condition right now. Check at the baitstore, Anglers.

squeedunk
Either way, this Al wants info instead of an argument and that's what FM is for so somebody help him out. I have never been to the area but there is a snowmobilers web site that has some trail info on it. I'm not sure if a snowmobile is an option but is looked like most trails in the area were open. It was the Ontario Federation of Snowmobile Clubs HSOforum. Welcome to FM Al! Sorry I couldn't be of more help~Squee

koeps
just to let whoever wants to know that the road is out to woodpecker point and the fishing is fantastic. we had a party of 8 that was up there this past week and did fantastic. Also dont forget to take the left fork in the road to williams point area--that has been great--last month they had to get there by sled but the slush has lessened so that should help get the road all the way.
