JB Lure or Scenic Tackle?

Has JB Lures bought out or have the rights to sell AE's made by Scenic Tackle? Are the AE's the same from JB as they are from Scenic? I have yet to find Scenic Tackle at any stores. Are they the same lure?

They are the same lure.

Scenic Tackle is the original AE Jr. I believe, though I may be mistaken, that they were supplying them to JB. You might want to check directly with Jeff Beckwith of Scenic Tackle if you are concerned about authenticity. He posts here on this site quite regularly under the handle Jeff Beckwith.

Scenic Tackle is based out of Bemidji and they are found everywhere in the northern half of the state. The furthest south I have seen them was a bait/tackle shop on 169 on the way up to Mille Lacs.

The easiest way to get yourself some Angel Eye Jrs is to order them from the site here- Tackle City

Thanks for the updates...I will be heading up to LOW in 2 weeks and I'll be supporting some of the local bait shops on the way up north purchasing some new AE's, regardless if its packaged as JB or Scenic...Again...thanks!

JB Lure and Scenic Tackle are both Angel Eye's.

It is called Team Work. JB Lures offers the Angel Eye in a single pack and Scenic Tackle sells them on strip cards. Same great product just different packaging.

Swing by Froggy Sports in Cass Lake or Bluewater Bait in Bemidji on your way up to the woods. They both have a great supply of Scenic Tackle... Dean and Mark are usually always in.
