confused.gifI currently have a 8x12 on wheels. I am looking for a non-slippery floor covering material of some sort that would look nice inside. I am pondering on a bed liner roll on truck material so it is some what grippy, but this could be expensive and who knows how it will keep up. I don't think carpet is an option. I would like to here some of your ideas on the subject.

Thanks everyone

Wow, I thought I was just drunk when I slipped in your house last winter, LOL.

Some of that green astroturf looking indoor/outdoor carpet might work.

There is abrasive additive you can put in paint that might work, or maybe just some of those adhesive bathtub strips?

I agree with northlanders Idea. Makes for easy clean up and squeejeing ice/water after drilling holes.

Just get some carpet remnants or rugs to use in spots you want comfort after every thing is cleaned up and dried.

Maybe you want something better than this - I bought a rubberized flooring material from Menards that is made to go under area rugs to prevent them from slipping. It is about 1/8" thick, water repellent, tan colored, and easily rolls up. You can cut holes or flaps with a scissors as needed. Works great - I use mine with my portable Winnie (like an Otter) and lay it on the bare ice to minimize slipping, as well as keep the feet warmer. The stuff is pretty cheap, and worth looking at..
