BDR
Seasoning salt and cook em like a chicken. Slower the better but can be done in 45 minutes.
BLACKJACK
Do a pheasant stir fry with the 3-4 breast halves. Thats quick, about 1/2 hour if you use the frozen vegies. I've actually started packaging the legs/thighs seperately from breasts, then I can use the breasts like this and then put the legs/thighs into a roaster for a longer bake. fishing4fun
The best I've found is to put the breast in Zesty Italian dressing the day before you plan on cooking them, then through 'em on the grill. This is awesome. The wife says this is the only way to cook pheasant and she likes it many different ways.

riverrat56
This one takes a little longer but not really, cut the breast into bite size chunks and brown them quick ( dont fully coook just brown them ) then put them into a crockpot with a can or 2 of cream of mushroom soup and let it cook all day, serve it over noodles. You can do the same thing with spagetti sauce to if you would want to.Has anyone of here ever made Pheasent Under Glass? its basically breaded fried pheasent in a pinapple sauce, really good stuff, i can get the exact recipe if anyone wants it.
