I don't have any details. The brand was whatever my wife had bought and was in the cupboard. The flavor was like pancakes and I don't know what you mean by faster-slower?

Just thought if you found something exciting and new you could expand on why it's better.  i;e does it cook faster or slower then the reg mix?
