smurfy Posted August 31, 2023 Author Share Posted August 31, 2023 (edited) wash them off, cut out all the badspots, if any. run them through the food processor. i do it at a pulse, on/off thing not to make them mushy. spray the pans with pam, pour it into pans. put in freezer and let freeze solid. i then put them in the microwave for a minute, its enough to loosen it from the pan, take a heavy duty knife and bust them up into chunks, put them in bags and freeze. i add them to hotdishes, spaghetti, soups, and chili!!!!!! i like my tomatoes!!!! and no i dont peel or seed them.........i've never seeded a tomato in my life!!!!!
