leech~~
What's the deal with these? I never had much luck with them but right now Fleet Farm in Brooklyn Park has two big boxes of them on clearance for $1.72ea. They use to be $6-7 bucks a lure! Sounds like another hyped up lure, lived it's life span. Rick
Wanderer
I found them to be good call lures for walleyes and lake trout and know they were some peoples go to for lakers for awhile. I just didn’t have as many hook ups with them as I’d hoped. Still got em, seldom work them anymore. Seldom fish walleyes and lakers anymore either Rick and leech~~

leech~~
Was just at Cabala's, opp sorry (Bass Pro Shop) and they are still selling a very small amount of the UV only Darters at $7-8 a lure now. The place was packed but, I did buy a bag of mini donuts on the way out!
rundrave
I will admit I dont catch a lot of fish on them but we can use 4 lines here and I will often throw on a darter to call in some fish and its does help bring in fish that I will pick up on another rod. I have a hard time sealing the deal on them with a darter. I have tried to tip with waxies and minnow heads etc with some success but its far from my go to lure. leech~~
Agronomist_at_IA
They only work if you do a long lift/fall and repeat Chubbby Darttter ( drawn out) Wanderer
Wanderer
That’s what I heard the person was doing for lake trout. Dropped it to the bottom and reeled it to the top over and over. Lakers love a chase. Seemed to be a great fit.
PurpleFloyd
As with a lot of artificial baits they are better at luring in fishermen than fish lol. leech~~
