Prime Rib Cooking Debate

I'll tell ya all what. Everyone gets to cook me a big ole slab of prime rib. Then I'll settle this debate!!!

Either way works , i cook up a 20lb prime rib a couple times a year. One for the last night of fall ball with a bunch of Highschool buddies. We have been do this for around 20 years now. They sure turn out great I just slow cook on the grill at the ball field .

 

Now i'm starving for some prime rib ,chessy tators man what a great meal.
