Gee wiz you old pharts, you do know what the internet is don't you? :D 

 

All you have to do is go to this site http://www.weather.gov/ and enter your zip code or the zip code of any area you want to fish and you can get the barometric pressure or any other weather information you could ever want.

 

There's even apps for your phone:

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=jied83.barotool.barotool&hl=en

I don't use it personally but the one above claims it even tracks the barometric pressure in graph form.
