Baking cookies

You know your bored and its cold outside when you have to resort to baking cookies for entertainment. Several names for these but we always called them Mexican wedding cakes.

Ya, but they're the "one's in a tube" from Pillsbury. Don't normally eat cookies, but I had a weak moment.

well, I figured I should make some a few days ago since I never had.  I learned that you dont put the warm cookies on a wire rack ! ! !  LOL  Man these were good tho.
