Smoked a beef roast today

Pictures should be coming soon I hope. Seems like it stalled at 128. It was 128, came in and made the mashed potatoes and aujus, went back out and still 128. Cmon 135!!!!!!

I grabbed one of the stubborn ones apparently. Been in 6 hours at 250 so far.
