Ok, probably something you should never eat in regards to food.  I have a very good friend who is a Chinese Chef.  He comes to our deer camp here and there and hunts with us for a day or two.  He requested that if we shot a buck or two that we save the private parts [ nuts and the rest of the package], for his mother who is in her 90's.  This is a great meal for the Chinese, or should I say the more Chinese vintage crowd.  He got a few packages from us.  Hope they were good.  I think it's for health reasons folks eat this.  Very expensive over there I guess.  That would qualify for me as a "dont eat me item".  good luck

Honestly it's along the same lines as many of the fish/seafood dishes I see from Asia.  They will serve octopus that the legs are still wriggling around and with go all crazy while you try to eat them.  There is also the Frog, where they will take the still beating heart and eat that as well......either way not for me.
