Game Farms

I would like to get my new lab out on some pheasants and was wondering if someone could recommend any of the game farms in the central part of the state.

I will second Gold meadows they will do a excellent job setting up the hunt for your dogs ability. I trained my GSP out there and Joe did a excellent job putting birds in easy locations at first.

I've been to Ringneck Rednecks twice in the last week. It's a new preserve in the Gilman area. Hunting was great, I'm going back. Prices are resonable.

Wild wings in Hugo too. There is a sporting clay range and hunt place outsid Hudson by the J&R Ranch.

Would like to hear more regarding the place in Hudson. Is that Hudson Wisconsin? Name and phone number would be nice if you could dig it up? Isn't Wild Wings in Hugo a private/members only club? I'm also looking for a Chukar source. I have a source in Shakopee but It's a 50 minute one-way drive from my house. I have access to a farm just north of Stillwater for training and it would be nice to find a closer Chukar source. I live in Woodbury. Any ideas short of relocating? I really don't want to drive to Princeton, Pine City, Elk River, Little Falls, etc. There has got to be someone in Hudson or River Falls that sells birds. Thanks for the help!

Wild Wings is private and very expensive. I think it's about $30 a bird the time you are done.
