I'm going to tinker with a left over ham bone from our dinner last night.  I think I will make split pea soup which is one of my favorites.  LLL (little leech lake) has a hockey game at 230pm so that will put a crink in things.  He also is 6 feet tall which makes him BLL actually.

When I get home I will be the winner of some Boar Sausage and dreaming of that.

We have one of our many Xmas gatherings today so I'm guessing the table will be full of finger food.

The wife wanted wings and that sounded great to me. Got me some Asian Zing from Wild Wings to go along with some Franks that I doctor with some butter and vinegar.

I just put canadian bacon in the smoker. Should hopefully be done around dark. 

Used RH1's recipe, and its my first attempt at canadian bacon, hopefully it turns out good! The fry test was yummy, so as long as I don't screw anything up during the smoking part, it should turn out.

I smoking the second round of ring baloney, made them into 6" links for the grill they were so dang good!
