Seafood Birthday

It's Mrs Leechlake's birthday today and I hopped over to Coastal Seafood and picked up some Chilean Sea Bass and Squid aka Calamari (why my phone photos show up sideways I'll never know why).  Perfect night out to sit on the deck and watch the three dogs, hummingbirds, ducks land on the pond and check out my 51 year old wife who looks better today than she did when we met 20 plus years ago.  I on the other hand look slightly worse for wear.   I will grill some brussel sprouts and pick some lettuce from garden for a salad with the spicy radishes that are coming in perfect.  For desert I'm trying out some pear tart item.  She likes things spicy so I'm going to heat up the vanniley  the pears with some cayenne and red peppers.  Kids are going to the football game and I guess I couldn't ask for anything more.

Give her a slip bobber and a leech and she will out fish most of us, mostly me.
