cause ya dont get nuthin done, Lol! Nope not yet reiny, it''ll be awhile, have to do it the ol fashion way,with my manuel cabinet smoker, adding pellets and fluating heat adjustments, but i'll getter done. yaeh its high temp expensieve cheese lol, for got to mix before suffing so I got some rope witout, some with pepperjack some with cheddar and some wit pepperjack and cheddar.

I buy my high temp cheese from the Cub here where I live on Round Lake Blvd.  Under 4 bucks a pound.  If you know a place where they make their own sausage they should have some on hand.  Could be cheaper than on-line.  good luck.
