Driftless Posted March 30, 2015 Author Share Posted March 30, 2015 wouldnt mind that recipe, looks great Chicken broth1 or 2 medium diced yellow onionone can original rotel...if want a little kick add hot rotel..3/4s can.one large can diced tomatoesone heaping tablespoon diced garlicsimmer these ingredients for a while until onions soften upone pound browned jimmy dean spicy sausagebrowned cubed chicken breast..2 cups1.5 cups wild ricelet simmer again for 30 minutesadd your choices for seafood and okra.most seafood I use is pre-cooked so don't need to cook it...just warm throughly.salt and pepper in bowl to taste.
