Here's my latest variety tray: * ABTs (bacon wrapped jalapeno poppers with a cocktail wiener inside) * Bacon wrapped, jalapeno stuffed mushrooms * Smoked Cabbage (rough chopped green cabbage, garlic butter, sea salt, red pepper flakes) All turned out great, but I would reduce the smoke on the cabbage next time to maybe a 1/2 hour and then cook it off until tender. leechlake Posted January 13, 2015 Share Posted January 13, 2015 great looking stuff.ABT's are my favorite thing to smoke. Sometimes I will throw a half a shrimp in instead of the cocktail wiener. Jacob had the winters bite, I had a snowdrift vanilla porter. 2 actually. was just dandy with this grub. smoked cabbage, I might need to try that!
