Alright dang it, some ones smokin fatties and didnt invite Boar! ARRRRG! but those bacon rolls look awsome! They look a lot more difficult to roll than than the fatties I used to make, i use to drive and roll a fat............ well gosh those meat rolls look awsome. I like adding cream cheese, jalapenose, banna pepps, pickles. and a good rub. Nice job!!

Yep it's time to roll a couple more!! The one on the left is  buffalo chicken , Franks hot sauce, crumbled bl cheese and the works. The other one is chorizo and mild Italian sausage with black olives,  jalapeños and lots of cheese ....can't wait!!
