Moultrie m-880 (2013) vs. m-880 (2014) model?

Is there a difference between the two? Which one is better to get and more dependable?

The 2013 model is less confusing to run by a long way if you ask me. Usually you make a product better when you modify it, but I dont think so. Maybe others have a different opinion, but I like the 13.

Is the quality of the picture the same? Do you know what changes they made? I know one: low glow ('13) no glow ('14).

I have 2 moultries, only issue I have is I believe the trigger speed is a little slow.

The picture quality is always pretty good from M. I was reffering to the menu to set the camera up. They changed it from what I was used to and it seemed to get complex on the new camera.

Had my '13 model out overlooking my feeder and I drove past it with the truck and wheeler both. I have it set at the 4 pics and 5 second pause and it gets all four before I get halfway through the frame. I was driving about 10 mph per time.

The 2013 880 is way easy to operate compared to the 2014 ! I have 2 m-80 one m80 xt one m880 and bot a 2014 880c , the trigger speed is a little slow on all of the and batterie life is good until it gets below 20 deg out . I just picked up 2 Bushnell HD cams on a Black Friday deal and so far so good , they have much faster trigger speeds .

I like the m80 xt the best out of all my Moultries
