About 5 hours in the crock.2 pound Pork Tenderloin1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce1 TBS Yellow Mustard2-3 TBS maple syrup2 TBS olive oil 1 1/2 TSP Garlic Salt or Powder1 sliced onionThen added carrots and taters 2 hours into it.
