Blade Cover for Nilsmaster

Forgive if this has been asked before, but has anyone made a homemade blade cover for an 8" Nilsmaster? I lost mine in transportation a number of years ago. The original one never did seem to fit properly. I am thinking along the lines of a plastic bucket of similar diameter.

Yeap it does; I think Cold Snaps now has the cover in yellow color for Nils, Red for Strikemaster.

Yep...purchased a cold snap for my nils and fits/works great.

Cold Snap is great. I got a blue one for mine but think they are yellow now

For sure the cold snap cover throw that poor fitting original right in the dumpster.

Worst auger covers of all time. They should just sell them with the Cold Snap on them.
