Tom7227
14 hp Husqvarna that I just got late last year.I haven't put any fertilizer on it this year and I am wondering if it is evidence that the lawn is lacking something. Sea Hage
This time of the year the grass isn't growing very fast if at all, If your tires lay it down and it's not growing it won't stand back up.

LwnmwnMan2
I would think it was from the cooler than normal summer we had.The grass, while grew quickly, wasn't as strong and rigid of a leaf blade, almost a softer grass, and had a tendency to lay over much better.Much the way stripes are made in grass, getting grass to lay one direction vs another, the stripes will me much more prevalent now, than mid summer, because the grass doesn't respond as quickly with the cooler temps.Nothing to be concerned about.
