Coldwater Crappie Guy
Do you recommend leaving a small TV in the wheelhouse between trips? Or take them out when you get home?
harvey lee
From what I have read, for a LCD, maybe, for others, read the owners manual as that should state what temps the TV is ok in.I always bring mine in the house when I am done fishing just to be safe. Never had any issues, just trying to be a bit more cautious.
Lip_Ripper Guy
I've always left mine in the fish house. Never a problem with several different tvs. I wait a few hours to turn it on when warmed up from ambient temp.
grasshopper
I drive truck and leave mine in the truck. Also have one in ice castle and never take it out. 4 years running now. Maybe I'm lucky.
JSK76
I've always taken mine out but it's always was a pain to deal with. Half the time I would bring it out and would be too lazy to take it out of the case I had for it and hook it up. My buddy has a flat screen in his cabin up in Canada and it's been just fine. The key is to let it warm up before turning it on.

RiverChuckNorris
Have a LED in my 2011 IC and leave it in year round and haven't had issues.
BartmanMN
My brother has a 3 season screen porch with a LCD TV mounted to the wall for viewing from the hot tub and he has not had any problems going on 2-3 years. His TV never warms up before turning it on.
SnowGuy73
I've always taken mine out when leaving for the week, both due to the cold and so it doesn't grow legs and walk away.

Hawg
I saw an ad for 19 LED in tv's this weekend for $99. There's lots more things to get stolen worth more than a TV these days.
