CRAZY good Kabobs!!!!

Ok, be sure you keep an open mind! My wife wanted Brats.. I did a little google search and did some changes, these turned out CRAZY good.. CRAZY

Equal parts..

Red Pepper

Yellow Pepper

Orange Pepper

Mushrooms

Onion

Squash/Zucchini(Yup.. must have)

Marinate in 1/2 cup low salt soy sauce, and 1/2 cup Apple Juice concentrate and 3 Tbl spicy mustard, I used Grey Poupon

Throw in ziplock and let get happy in the fridge..

Take a package of Brats(uncooked) and parboil in 1/2 beer and water for 10 mins(once reached boil)

Let cool slightly, cut into 4-5 sections..

Throw on kabob skewers brush additional marinade on. grill on High Heat and have at it..

SUPER GOOD!!!! Fancy, I cant wait to have a dinner party and tell them we are having brats and serve this.. SOOOOO darn good!

Like that idea! Since the brats are already precooked the veggies can be taken off with a little crunch left. Yep, will definitely give this a go. Pep's pork is a calling.......

What type of beer do you use? I just picked up a case of Natty at the local store for $12. I can make a lot of brats with it, right??

I do some thing like this up at the lake camper with some Italian venny brats we have made up. The smell is great coming off the grill and they have a great smokey flavor.

When you say 1/2 cup Apple Juice concentrate, do you mean the actual frozen slush out of the can? not mixed?

athunder- Correct.. or you can buy stuff that is not frozen in a can as well.. Just dont mix with water, leave it thick.
