Swans from today

The new snow yesterday really sucks, we got 6 to 8-inches and the roads were really bad. Today was better so I got out to shoot and found some Swans. 40 plus shots and only a few keepers, thank heavens for pp.

Cicada, I sure hope so. DD, thank you. But as Dan (Dbl) will tell you, post processing (Lightroom 5 in this case) can turn an average shot in to a good one. Thanks Dan, did this last storm hit you?

Is that one of the best post shot helpers for the money? Looks like cost is around $136? I would like to get one, all I use right now is iphoto that came with my computer.

Dietz, for just starting out take a look at Photoshop Elements. Not a big investment and it will give you a chance to start learning the other big secret in photography...post processing. As you get more proficient you could start thinking about Lightroom, Photoshop or another more powerful program.

Wayne, we got about 3" and its disappearing already.
