What kind of spear rope do you prefer?

For fifty years all I have ever used is 3/16 braided nylon rope. It is strong, flexible, holds a good knot and never seems to wear out. What do you prefer? A lot of guys seem to like paracord. It seems to me that it would wear faster, but I've never tested it on a spear.

I like the paracord, it is light, flexible, strong, and doesn't hold retain much water. I think it does wear a little faster, but it is pretty cheap, and can be replaced.

I switched to paracord and I really like it. Stays flexible and so far has held up well.

Paracord here also,I like it because it doesn't tangle easy and any knot come out right away.

Paracord only, and I found a great deal on it at FF in Brainerd.

I have had it on the two different spears for a total of 8 years and I would almost bet its still just as strong as the first day I put it on.

I also use paracorde and my wife sells stuff made from paracorde so im gona have her make me somthing cool to put my hand in
