Packing the truck and heading out in about a half-hour. The boys will be heading north early afternoon.

Saw the Neighbor's RV and ATV pull out a couple of hours ago.

Stopped into Wally World a bit ago and it was getting busy with guys in Orange...

It's almost time! Be safe everyone...and hit 'em good!

I went out and put my seats, grunt tube, doe-in-heat can, and other stuff that can sit out overnight in the stands I'll be using tomorrow.

Only one set of prints in the stretch of sand at the choke point where I'll be on stand tomorrow morning, and it hasn't rained here since Tuesday. crazy

On a completely unrelated note, there is still thirty+ acres of corn standing a few hundred yards away. laugh Looks like the wind may be shifting to more or less out of the south by Sunday afternoon, which would have it blowing mostly straight down the long rows of that corn, so I may be doing some stalking after all...

And it is VERY windy right now in Fillmore County.

It is still out of the south/southeast as I write this, but it is supposed to shift to the west by morning, and more or less stay out of the west all day, with just a slight northerly shift in the afternoon.

My alarm is set for 4:10, everything is set out and ready--good luck again to everyone, and stay safe. cool
