Ponder had a sore arm in camp this summer- no threat to chuck it downfield with accuracy. Cassel is better at this at this time. Ponder needs a break- his arm, ribs and his head. Vikes fans will be cheering his name before years end. Just a prediction! This man does have that Great character, which is the main reason Vikes drafted him. Ponder will be back.

1 Ponder mistake in London and it could've took 7 off the board for us and given 7 to Pittsburgh. That's how tight a lot of these games are. The way I see it who did the Steelers want to see under center ? I about fell off the chair when Cassel actually threw a few passes on a string, some zip on em when he needed to, not floaters etc like CP. Ride Cassel Vikes.
