Could you all maybe point me in direction of places set up for a spear trip for a sick friend of a friend type deal.

I live in Chisago City woods all winter an on a lil island on lake Vermilion all summer, guide some an just enjoy life with me wife an hounds...keep to myself an do not know a thing about spearing pike except I always wanted to try it but never took the steps to do so' I'm no help here but have to try an help.

My goal is to work on it, getting into spearing a for myself this winter..

This friend was told he has only the 2013 - 2014 winter to do some outdoors fishen type things before to sick to get out of house and he asked if anyone knew of a place on Winnie he could stay a weekend or so, and it is set up for spear a pike one last time.

Kind of sad but said I would help.

Don't know if ya don't ask so I'm asking.
