Proplyene Glycol Antifreeze

Recommended Posts

RV antifreeze (the pink stuff) is propylene glycol. I buy mine at FF. Use it to keep stuff in the cabin from freezing.

Right, I was looking at that, but the Bobcat Toolcat says to use only Propylene Glycol Antifreeze (and coolant).

The RV stuff only says antifreeze, nothing about coolant, and I have a hard time believing that since it's only $2.50 at Menards for the RV, that it's good enough to use as coolant as well, that the RV is only a antifreeze.

Doing some research online and the Bobcat Antifreeze is about $20 / gallon. Although is that just because it has a Bobcat sticker on the bottle?
