We have used the big ones for walleyes, and they caught them, but we only used them as backup and also only when trolling spinners. Tried under a bobber, for heck of it, and no luck there.

I bought a tub once a couple years ago to give them a try and to have as backup when live bait was unavailable, ran out or died in the heat of summer. I only used a couple with no luck over the weekend at the folks cabin. I unfortunately left them up there. When I went back for them a couple of weekends later and couldn't find them I asked my Dad if he had seen the tub. He replied, "I dumped them out, they were all dead." I haven't tried them since, too hard not to laugh and grimace at the $20 buck that was dumped out.

Same as other... small ones for panfish YESSS!

Big ones on spinner with bouncers... not really good luck on those for me but we have caught fish. Preferred live bait...

I buy the ones in the plastic packets. The tub style ones always seemed a little cumbersome, especially for someone who predominantly shore fishes. They are much cheaper that way. I wait till I see them in the bargain bins at big box stores. Make sure you seal em up when you close the bag!

I've tried them different times on different lakes and never even had a bite on them. I even tried them specifically when the walleyes were biting hot and heavy on both leeches and minnows, and it pretty much seem to kill the bite.
