nofishfisherman
I just got done doing a dozen chicken legs in the oven. I used a smoky rub that i usually do with ribs. Baked in the oven at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes on each side. Last 10 minutes I apply a light coat of bbq sauce on both sides and let it caramelize for a few minutes.Bring it to the party in a warmed up crock pot.Not as good as if I had time to smoke them but they are still pretty dang good and much easier and quicker. DonBo
We did an old fashioned FonDu party last night. Venison, chicken, beef and Italian Meatballs along with several different dipping sauces. Pretty good, (really good actually) made me feel like I was right back in the 70's.
