I called with a Ser # off a used LX3 I bought and asked the guy what year it was? The C/S guy was like a deer in head lights! Um, oh, ah, we really don't have that info! I'm like what? You can't look up from your production records when you built something?? Have you heard of "Lot tracking"

Deitz Dittrich
Leech~ you do realize that since the beginning of MarCum technologies they have had 3 if not 4 owners?... So its quite possible that they do not know the information about your unit as it was not made by them.

Well I agree a change in ownership can be an issue, but if you bought the company you should have bought the records of it so you can still service the pervious customers that may still do future business with you.
