Lakemaster chip -- Print?

Is it possible to print -- or have THEM print a map of a lake on the Lakemaster chip?

It is NOT a map they offer for sale

They do offer to print you a lake that is not listed for sale, if you look at their Lake Art in the store on Lakemasters site, it will say that in the lower right corner of the page when you click on Minnesota...... or any other state for that matter.

Shoot -- they don;t offer my lake either. Anyone else have an idea how to get a VERY detailed hard copy of your favorite lake?

I just started looking at this one today, but maybe caltopo.com has a way. Basically allows you to download USGS 7.5' topo maps. Some lakes are done in 5 ft increments, although most look like 10 ft.

Lakemaster offers software for the PC that has the ability to print any map that they have. It is not capable of isolating and printing large areas but it may cover the lake you are looking for.

Thanks guys -- I checked out those sites, but they don;t have the heavy detail I would like (Like Lakemaster does) -- I am checking with the company to see if it is possible.

I have the Navionics PC App. I can zoom in and print whatever I would like, although I just use my phone so don't print any longer.

PC App is a bit expensive though at $50. That gives you ND, SD, MN, IOWA, WI

It is essentially just like the smart phone app, but on your computer.

It only comes with Lakes North (well, you select the region you want).

People with Navionics Lake Chip in their open water electronics get 1 free license to this. It allows you to pre-fish on your PC, mark your spots, and then sync them to your Smartphone and or Lake Chip.

They are the detailed maps. If you want the HD details, it would be difficult to print an entire lake. You'd probably need to print off certain structure areas that you want.

So all you have to do is buy a Navotics chip and get a free computer version?

For the Free license to the computer version, I would say yes.
