JohnK Posted May 13, 2012 Share Posted May 13, 2012 Ok, so based on where this was taken it's almost certainly a crow not a raven, but raven sounds better. There is an eagle nest in this tree and the crows were very persistent about getting this bird to move, there was another eagle in the nest though so they still wouldn't have gotten to any eggs or chicks. With the nest in the tree I thought that would be a great spot to see them consistently - so far I'm 1 for 5 on trips there - guess I need to pick a new time of day, maybe try dawn...
