Ok..... what is the current status of fishing opener?!!?

I am hearing conflicting reports and not interested in the political debate on the other thread. Nothing on DNR HSOforum or Startrib

Yes it has passed in one of the 2.

The final decision will be made by the Governor as to if he will sign the bill or not. Lots of stuff added to that bill that he does not like already!

Any idea as to when this Final Decision will be made??

My guess is by the end of today or tomorrow. I heard they're going on easter break after friday. I don't know how long the break will go for, but I would assume it would have to be done by friday if it was to happen.

Maybe they'll tie the Vikings Stadium bill in with it, that'll guarantee that it won't get passed! I heard the stadium bill got shot down in the Senate though, and not only shot down, but destroyed entirely.

According to the senate HSOforum, they are done for today. No bill passed. Reconvining April 16th
