tip-up king
The underside of floor will be spray foamed. The interior will be 2" foam board then firred out and 5/16" pine tongue and groove installed. Don't know what the final cost will be. I am keeping all my reciepts and will post the final cost total and weight when I'm done. Thanks.

Hawg
Not exactly, a close guess is ok, but where are moneywise at this point? Floor, frame, roof, wheels, axels, tires, rubber, siding? We all finish the insides different but I've been trying to figure where I will be when I get to your point. Thank you.
Gillfisher
GREAT job on the shack TUK! What is that flooring product called? I noticed in one of the pictures there is a 50 year warranty on it. Keep up the good work!
tip-up king
Advantech or Stabledge.
tip-up king
$2800 give or take a hundred to get it the way it is in the latest picture. That doesn't count the tires and rims, I had those from a previous shanty. I'll have less than $5k in the whole thing when I'm done. It's taking me forever, but I do a little as I can afford it and when I'm done I know what I have and it won't fall apart. I'm really enjoying the project. Thank you for the comments and any suggestions. TUK
Hawg
Thanks for the response, I'm thinking of starting next spring so MAYBE it'll be ready by next years ice. It's definatly time consuming.
tip-up king
Decided to spray foam the whole thing instead of using 2" foam board inside. Can't wait to get it back and start on the inside.

minnesotathorn
did you trim the foam out or was it that uniform naturally.the whole unit looks great.
tip-up king
They scraped the studs with a giant putty knife on a pole and the high spots with something that looked like a horse brush. It's sealed now. There's pressure against the door right before it closes now. I also like the structural integrity added to the siding. I was a little worried with the 28ga steel. Not anymore. walleyewiz0212
Did the spray foam ripple the outside siding at all? I have heard that it will make the outside looke wavy.
tip-up king
The outside looks the same as before it was foamed.
