The hogs around here have been rather non-aggressive as of late. Do you think this coating of snow will liven them up?

Some snow and then some bright sun should get them moving but its all based on barometric pressure.. IMO

It should help for sure.

Last Friday, there was some sun, no snow, and they had the agressive feed bag on for several hours. So you just never know. Someone would auger a hole a hundred yards away, and they'd simmer down, but after 20 minutes they were back.

I have noticed since the snow melted they are getting shy and not coming in seams like they are spooky starting too think it is the shadow from the house.

My season has only been hampered by lack of ice. Friday I got the hole opened and started spearing at ten and had to wait 35 minutes and speared a 26 incher. Fifteen minutes later I speared a 37 1/2 incher and that was all for the day, because the next five I saw were over thirty inches. GREAT DAY 10 inches of ice
