Yes they figured out how to build a better mousetrap that’s for sure. The portables where great to start with and now we can heat them with a match. I bet just the heat from my cigar should keep me toasty! cool

What I really thought was neat is the tow hitch and receiver hitch. I am one of those guys that has to take his hitches off when I go to another lake. I stuff two sleds and four portables on a trailer when traveling. A move to another lake always meant pulling the hitches off and of course leaving one leaned against the truck or laying in the snow bank once disconnected. Now its easy and I just might have all the hitches when I get to my destination.

The receiver hitch idea? Ya that was just needed as we all had some pretty crazy ideas on how to hook one sled to another. Now it is simple and everyone’s sled will be the same.

Dietz, you said it well, I couldn't make it to the Thorne Bros Porty Mod gettogether, but my sleds will soon hit the for sale market!!! Get ready boys, liquidation coming soon on the HSO Classifieds!

I can't bring myself to sell a Otter portable, I collect them! I still have Otters from from the first years when they where green or purple with round poles. They still work great after a long hard life of abuse, even the one that got run over. The pole shed looks like an Otter Portable time line. laugh

Does anyone know if they will be selling just the skins for the wild package. I have two of the Wild 3 houses and wouldnt mind getting putting a thermal capped one on them. Plus the new camo pattern is jazzy. I love them as are, but can always make em better.

Jonny I am with you, but I currently have 6 portable flip overs and two portable two man fold up type houses. All good, and then I have the girls two one person flip overs on top of it. I haven't had many who needed to borrow a house from me as they all have been buying houses themselves. So like I was when I got started, I am sure there are people out there who want to "see if they like it"... So my excess is soon to be their treasure! Plus I have my arsenol down to two brands. and still have like you a good old green Den and Purple two man that will likely stay in my garage. Just have to add some new fun!
